The cost is £6.00 [inclusive]. There is no need to send your handset - just make payment and send us an email confirming your handset's IMEI number, handset model, and the network it is locked on. Thereafter we will email you back the unlocking code. This service is available world-wide.

Once your order has been completed return to the Active Mobiles main page and click the "CONTACT US" button [top right] to email us your handset's IMEI number, handset model, and the network it is locked to.
